In my “ProCarb Diet Diaries”, it’s new ways of eating the food in ways to have lifestyle changes. This blog is dedicated to food & fitness “tantrums” we all have in our day to day living.
I am really excited to share about food that helps, you to reduce weight without curbing your cravings.
I have always been a fitness person & a foodie, but weight has always been a challenge. I weighed 98 kgs ( 215 pounds ), after my second child. I was struggling with weight loss & tried many weight loss programs on the market. The one challenge I found with the weight loss programs was I would lose weight, but after a certain period of time, it would come back.
So my challenge led to healthy eating & making health n fitness my lifestyle. I developed new ways of eating & cooking to address my cravings. I lost my weight from 98 to 77 feeling happy, fit & full of energy.
In my diaries, you fill find real stories of physical transformation as well as psychological transformation.
I am on my journey of my transformation, hope you are having yours.
