XOXO, Eat Right Now To Create The Wow Factor

I’m a foodie & so are you, but one thing I do is eat right food.

I have a question for you.

How many times do you monitor the food you eat?

Do you look at an old picture of your’s & admire yourself of how good you look in the picture?

Or do you constantly talk to yourself about loosing a few extra kilos & you will look 10 years younger.

So what are you doing to address your constant nagging thought in your head?

I know you want to do something but what’s that something you want to change?

Starving, eating bland foods you’ve tried it all, so now what?

Just one simple thing, eat right food.

Do you know that not eating proper meals is the major reason of weight gain? 80% of the women skip their morning breakfast either due to busy in the kitchen or doing their morning choras. And if you eat your breakfast it is so late it’s almost mid day.

This has an adverse effect on the body & then we are so hungry that we pick up & eat what we can just grab in the first instance.

Why Eat Right Food?

  • To save your body from starving
  • To help your body regain energy.
  • To help body to fight diseases.
  • To get all the vital nutrients your body needs to work.

Our body is capable of fighting it’s own diseases, it has been designed that way. I sometimes feel our human body is like universe the CREATOR, DESTRUCTOR & PRESERVER.  Our body is the most unique creation of GOD.

…..And see how we are unknowingly disturbing it.

Do give a thought to eat the right food. Just save your body with simple yet effective ways of simple changes in your kitchen.

    I track my diet on livestrong app when I feel I have been eating wrong it just gets me back on track. I often assure myself that my body mass index is in healthy zone and safe range. I do sometimes beat myself down to the underweight side, so, I make sure that it do not end up triggering the dreaded anoxic or over-weight. Both are unhealthy sadly and our lifestyles these days makes it hard to keep healthy. One has to keep an active check.
