Humans are psychological creatures attached to what they do .Once a habit is cultivated it’s an obsession, we just won’t change. This is even the case with our food. Food & eating habits are a integral part go our habits we never even think of.
In the years to come we put on pounds of weight & suddenly realise we are in a dire need of changing our eating habits.

Resetting your Eating Habits
1.Switch to Raw Foods
Raw foods & vegetables are the best way of healthy eating. The more the food is processed the more it loses its basic nature, the nutrients. Add one meal of raw foods in the form of salads with a homemade dressing, see the difference. Your stomach will be more happier & the energy levels will be better.
2.Sugar To Natural Forms
Processed sugars are the worst you can do to your body. With all the goodies you get in the market it’s just unavoidable. Do use sugar replacer like jaggery is better than sugar. In baking you can use a lot of fruits & dates to substitute the sugar. Have a bowl of fruit salad (take the fruits low in fructose). This helps you eat healthy & handle your sweet cravings.
3. Switch To Baking
When you cook there is a least check on the oils we use. We hardly measure the oil intake, which is bad & leads to a lot of heart & cholesterol problems. So what to do, one thing I have managed to do is measure my oil while cooking & second is I have switched to baking. It has helped me improve the food quality & the taste at the same time.
Now I don’t feel guilty of eating or addressing my cravings. I know what I’m eating, the calorie intake & how healthy i’m eating. Knowing your food & switching to eating habits is like kaizening (philosophy of continuous improvement of working practices, personal efficiency).
