A TO Z Must Eat Food List To stay Fit.

There could have been a magic food list I could grab to loose weight. When I am in conversation with my friends, the biggest concern for all is to stay fit or lose weight.

So what is the heck all about, it’s about eating the right food. And I guess even when reading this you are also aware of the fact.

So why don’t we follow a good food list to stay fit? The problem is as humans we are tempted to food. The colours, the aroma, the look of the food tempts us to do so.

On the other hand, the diet food suggested by the doctor is boring & low in taste. No interest in eating such food which doesn’t tickle your taste buds.

A- Apples, Avacodas, Asparagus, Almonds, Apricot, Aubergine

B- Broccoli, Beans, Berries, Blueberries, Beetroot, Banana, Black-eyed bean, Butternut Squash, Brown Bread, Bamboo Shoots

C Cabbage, Coconut water, Curd, Cucumbers, Cheese, Cherries, Courgette, Cauliflower

D- Dill, Dates

E- Elderberry, Endive(Lettuce Family)

F- Fennel, Figs

G- Garlic, Green Beans, Guava

H- Honey(RAW), Haricot bean

I- Iceberg lettuce

J- Jerusalem artichoke, Jackfruit

K- Kidney Beans, Kiwi fruit,  Kale

L- Leek, Lemon

M-Milk Products(Low Fat), Melon, Mushrooms, Mange Tout, Mulberries

N- Nuts

O- Oats, Onions, Olives, Oranges

P- Peanut Butter, Pepper, Pomegranate, Peas, Pears, Pumpkin, parsley, Pak-Choi, Passion Fruit
