Good Life I know we all need one!
We all love a good life & to lead one we need discipline of body, mind & soul.
But discipline doesn’t come easy.
We all love to cheat a little bit. Especially when it comes to our diet.
I love cakes n chocolates but follow a strict regime, but once in a blue moon I do cheat.
…..And at the back of the mind is to discipline, but my eyes would pop out to see the delicious dishes.
So I created a cheat diet that help me not to hold my cravings which I will share with you.
Good Life & Cheat Diets.
- Use fruit salad for sugar cravings.
- Use baked options for a fried food
- Use gluten free instead all purpose flour
- Use banana, dates & apple as sweetening agents in cupcakes.
- Sour cream is a good replacer to creams.
- Use cane sugar or honey to refined sugar (Sugar should be used minimum)
I use them all the time as I understand that cravings can make the diet plans go for a sidewalk easily. And with all the effort you put in managing your body it can be a ripple effect.
Sometimes we just lose control of our eating habits, so just ensure to a good life the best way. Create your recipes to a healthy eating & good life. No matter how strong your eating habits are cravings will always tempt you.
I know being a busy & a working mom it becomes challenging. But my suggestion to you is to schedule your meals to eat healthy. This will give you a better grip of your eating habits.
You can even create a fortnight eating calendar for your meals. This way you are in better control & can also handle n address your cravings. If we plan for plenty before we always have something in the fridge to relay upon. Not being tempted to chocolates & candies or other sweets.
