Enlightening Health With Food & Life Beyond Boundaries


Health is a subject where people have been debating from ages. But do you know that the food we eat also affects our mental health?

“As yogi’s in India say “Health is the key to your Success” 

It is also the success of your mental health.


If you are mental health is good then only can you be successful. Have you ever thought about that?

I will share an incident with you, this is when my second son was born, this was the year 2002. Was a beautiful night & a few friends had come over to congratulate us for our newborn son.

We had a wonderful time, ate dinner & our friends left. Before sleeping, I breastfed my son so that we both slept easily.


Around 3:00 am in the morning I heard my son voice, I suddenly woke & moved towards his room. I saw he was crying, first, I thought he was hungry or must have wetted the bed. After checking everything, I couldn’t find anything wrong, but he wouldn’t stop crying. I tried burping him, a few drops the doctor had prescribed. But nothing worked.

The whole night I woke & rushed to the doctor first thing in the morning. The doctor upon checking him asked me “what did you eat last night?”.

I said what do you mean what did I eat what has that to do with this. He explained that eaten something which is causing pain in his stomach.

The conversation hit my head so hard, that I realised how my eating had affected my child. We never realize that simple food effect our health.

We just eat what we love without thinking how does it affect our body. Click To Tweet

When I was 10 years old & my granny used to teach me cooking. One thing she taught me while cooking is to cook with happiness & love. She said, “If you cook with Love & Happiness the food will have a positive vibration.” The food will fulfill not only the stomach but the soul as well.

How Does Food Affect Your Health?

  • When you get up in the morning your body feels unhappy
  • If you have an energy loss even after an 8-hour sleep
  • You feel fatigue & sleepy throughout the day
  • You don’t feel motivated to do your work
  • Inner calmness is difficult to handle.

I guess you have never thought food could do all this to you? I guess we never put much of a thought to all we eat. We just grab what we want to eat.

So just before you sleep plan the next day what you want to eat. Make your body happy & your soul will become calmer. Click To Tweet

I will leave you with a simple energy drink, hope you will make it


1/2 cup curd

1 Glass OF Water

Salt & Pepper to taste

Roasted cumin grounded

Put all the ingredients in a blender & churn well serve it cool with chopped mint leaves.

A happy body can create a happy mind, a happy mind can create a happy surrounding, & a happy surrounding can create a happy world. Cheers to life.
