I found a better way to unwind my body, I unwind my body with health foods. By health food I don’t mean just boiled food. Generally we relate health food with bland, tasteless n unappealing plate full of veggies.

…..And that is the reason we are tempted to our routine food & junk food.

No just don’t mistake me saying to those foods. There is a whole new beautiful world of foods that can change the way you eat without starving. That surprise on your face makes you think that it’s not possible. YES it is.

I have shared in my earlier posts how simple things like baking over frying & other minor cooking changes can take care of your major health issues. Obesity in itself is a health issue.unwind

You look younger than your age unwind

Food is a great stress buster but be smart with your eating habits. Do develop conscious ways of eating healthy foods. The damage made to our body has already been done which can’t be reversed. What can’t be amended is the past & what can be changed is the future.

    I do this binge eating, especially when I am stressed out and actually feel good after it! Guilty I am! This post wakes me up to quit that….I really need to think of healthier binge options! Thanks for sharing this advice.
