Zero Oil To Reduce Calorie Intake With Every Meals

zero oil

Zero oil what? Can you cook with zero oil?

Yes, Yes, Yes you can cook without using oil.

Isn’t that amazing. Most of the fat deposited in the body due to intake of excess oil. So you need to reduce & find better ways of using zero oil in your cooking.

What Are The Benefits Of Zero Oil Cooking

  • No fat deposits in the body
  • Better working of the heart.
  • No cholesterol deposit in the body
  • No extra calories intake
  • Better functioning of liver and intestines
  • No extra fat deposit around stomach, hips & thighs which are the most targeted areas.

That’s not new what I just told you, but the biggest thing is to change the mindset of switching over to zero oil cooking.

…….And how do you do that?

There are many techniques like baking, steaming n roasting. Baking makes it easy & super delicious. I will share an example with you.

You love dahi bhallas, instead of frying them steam them in a idli maker. Steam them like momos. They come out very good even with steam & taste good at the same time.

Bake a good casserole of stuffed tomatoes with tofu & green veggies stuffing & bake them in a convection OVEN. It takes around 15-20 minutes on a 200 C oven. They taste good, smell good & look amazing good as well. You will never miss the oil when you eat it.

Simple but important steps towards healthy cooking are very important. Simple steps like oil free cooking, baking, steaming, roasting can be easily inculcated in your day to day eating. Which seems so difficult is just a mind set you need to change. I bet once you make the shift it is equally difficult to get back to the old ways of eating.

I invite you to take the first step towards healthy eating habits.

Does it sound interesting or have you tried a few recipes do share your input in the comment section.
